Courtney Blum is a Salem County, New Jersey native and a proud graduate of the School of Makeup Effects in Totowa, NJ, where she received comprehensive training in all forms of makeup application and earned multiple industry certifications. Following her graduation, she discovered a deep passion for the art of face painting — a craft she has devoted herself to for the past two years. Through vibrant colors and creative designs, Courtney finds great fulfillment in bringing joy to children and families alike.
